Trey Brooks is the Founder & CEO of Brooks Acquisitions, a real estate investment platform built on a decade of high-volume dealmaking, institutional acquisitions leadership, and a deep commitment to community wealth creation.
Starting his career at just 19, Trey quickly rose from a young agent in Mississippi to one of the most reliable acquisitions professionals in Georgia. As a Real Estate Broker, Acquisitions Specialist, and Chairman of the Young Professionals Network, he has sourced and closed hundreds of transactions across wholesale deals, fix-and-flips, BRRRR projects, and high-value investment acquisitions.
Before launching Brooks Acquisitions, Trey built multi-million-dollar acquisition pipelines for some of the largest corporate homebuyers in the Southeast. His experience designing CRM systems, automating acquisitions workflows, and managing high-velocity deal flow now powers the underwriting standards, risk controls, and investment strategy behind his firm.
Known for transforming complex real estate strategies into clear, repeatable frameworks, Trey has guided both new and seasoned investors toward building wealth and financial independence through real estate.
